Clear your schedule. Saturday at Station 34 means nearly ten straight hours of live music as part of 56 Music Fix, Mount Prospect’s village-wide celebration of local artists and local venues.
We’re starting at noon and keeping the stage busy all day with Americana, rock, pop, country, alternative, grunge, rap and plenty of songs you forgot you knew every word to.
Saturday’s Lineup
12 PM — Killing Bottles
Ease into the day with an acoustic Americana and rock duo performing original music and covers inspired by artists including Wilco and Drive-By Truckers.
2 PM — JakTripper
JakTripper blends a wide range of styles and influences into an eclectic sound that refuses to stay in one lane. Expect something creative, unexpected and far from typical.
4:30 PM — Mr. Hand
Fast songs. Big energy. No wasted time. Mr. Hand delivers one awesome song after another and turns every show into a full-blown party.
7 PM — Sofa Kings
Sofa Kings plays the songs you forgot you loved, the songs you know every word to and the songs you never expected to hear live. Get ready for an incredibly satisfying mix of rock, country, alternative and pop bangers.
9:30 PM — Valius Band
Valius Band closes out Saturday with unmatched stage energy and fearless musical adventurism. Their massive catalog covers classic hits from the ’60s through today, including rock, pop, country, grunge, rap and original music.
Grab lunch. Stay for dinner. Call another round. Saturday is an all-day music marathon, and quitting early would be embarrassing.

The Space
First, the space itself features gorgeous exposed 2-story tall brick walls giving it a very industrial feel. The bar spans most of the length of the building featuring a fully stocked assortment of drinks including, but not limited to wine, domestic and craft beer, 24 draft taps, top name liquors, and more. Guests at the bar can enjoy a full wall of TV screens to catch the latest sporting events and more. The dining area has a variety of seating options featuring booths, bar height tables, and dining tables. Also, there’s an outdoor patio to enjoy when the weather is nice and a gaming machine section to win big! The second floor looks over the main floor area, making it a great place to watch live bands from a distance. The upstairs features dining tables, a small bar, and a private event space available for rent.
Activities
Also, Station 34 loves to host parties and gatherings for all purposes! You can often find live bands playing at the front of the bar on the weekends. The large span of TV’s across the bar and throughout the venue are a great way to catch all the big games and matches of your favorite sporting teams and players. Gaming Machines on the main level offer a great way to win big while having fun! Need a venue to rent out for your next party or meeting? Station 34 offers the small private event room, the entire upstairs, as well as the entire bar to be rented out for your events.
Food and Drinks
Last but not least, Chef Alex has truly changed the game for the food at Station 34. The menu now features some insanely delicious food. There’s something for everyone! The menu features Detroit Style pizza, sliders, wings, burgers, tacos, bowls, pastas, soups, handhelds, appetizers, and more! There are vegetarian and gluten free options available. Check out our menus on our website and Facebook, but be prepared to drool at just the descriptions themselves. Come on in to try it out, or order for delivery! We offer delivery within a 5 mile radius. Station 34 also offers catering and banquet menus to feed your guests of any events!
